Waterberg Innovation Centre (”WIC”) is a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) Learning centre with a mission to prepare young people for the challenges of the forth industrial revolution (4IR) economy built on advanced technology and innovation. It was founded in 2019 by Mr Tau and his team. We ignite curiosity, fuel creativity and unlock the passion for problem-solving and discovery with STEM curricula, programs and interactive museum/ science centre experiences designed to cultivate future leaders and engaged citizens.
We are passionate about our goals and dedicated to expanding our mission throughout the communities in Waterberg region.

The Waterberg Innovation Centre is registered as a not-for-profit company in terms of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008. Registration: 2019/332426/08

We want to inspire everyone to explore and understand the world around them and to discover and become inventers of tomorrow.

To assist people in Waterberg district with instilling a culture of science and technology by providing a unique platform to explore and better understand the world of science.
